My son and I just finished reading The Wild Robot. He is really hoping you might write a sequel and is wondering if you have thought about it.

We borrowed the wild robot from a library here in NZ and my 6yrs-old son fell in love with Roz so hard. Now he owns both books, wish we could have shown you the pure joy on his face when I presented the books to him..!!

Greetings from the northern hemisphere! I’m so glad your son has been enjoying Roz and the Wild Robot books. Stay tuned for book 3, The Wild Robot Protects, which will be published in the summer of 2023!

My daughter read both of your books out loud to me on the way to school for the past month. Such an incredible story!!! It touched both of our hearts so deeply. Thank you for writing such a powerful story of love. Do you sell your art?

I have read all three books to my students and they have absolutely loved Roz, following her adventures, and the environmental pain she wants to heal for all.

Thank you for visiting our school! So many students are more engaged with reading, writing, and illustrating after your thoughtful visit! They have loved reading your first book as a class and most have gone on to read the sequels. We even rented out a movie theater to see the movie as a grade level! Thank you for making a meaning connection to these young learners!

We bought the first “The Wild Robot” book for our son to read on vacation, as he is just starting to enjoy reading longer books. He ended up finishing it before we left, and we purchased “The Wild Robot Escapes” and “The Wild Robot Protects” at the airport bookstore just before departure. He promptly read them on the flight and has re-read all three books during our week on vacation. It was such a pleasure to watch him read with a big smile, the occasional giggle, and several “Mom, Dad, guess what Roz did?” He is eagerly looking forward to the next book!
